MJC Sustainability is regularly engaged as a subject matter expert in due diligence review teams. Our focus is on providing a level of assurance regarding the environmental regulation, closure and rehabilitation, social, community and external affairs issues pertinent to major project studies, acquisitions and mergers.
We can use our own in-house review criteria for the various stages of a project's development (pre-feasibility through to execution) or undertake our review according to a set of predetermined client criteria.
Most recently we have provided subject matter expertise on major project expansion Independent Peer Review teams for international clients with projects in Australia, Canada and northern Africa.
